DIALYSIS SERVICES
Hemodialysis: It is a treatment based on fluid-solute exchange between the patient's blood and the appropriate dialysis solution through a semi-permeable membrane applied to patients with acute or chronic renal failure.
ADMISSION OF THE PATIENT TO THE DIALYSIS UNIT:
Treatment service for acute renal failure in our dialysis center; Due to the lack of nephrology and cardiovascular surgery specialists in our hospital who can provide vascular access and the ease of transportation to the center where these specialists are located, the service is given to patients in intensive care units where there are conditions that prevent the patient from being referred.
HEMODIALISIS IN CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE:
It is a hemodialysis treatment practice applied to patients who are diagnosed with chronic kidney failure by a nephrologist and deemed necessary to receive hemodialysis treatment, and whose treatment plan is determined by the nephrologist and a hemodialysis report is prepared.
Patients who apply for dialysis treatment at our hospital's dialysis center must have a dialysis report prepared by their nephrologist. Patients without a dialysis report cannot be included in the dialysis session program. If there is a medical emergency, the patient's needs are met.
Patients who apply to our center as guest patients must have a dialysis report and an epicrisis report.
The patient's hepatitis (HBs Ag, Anti HBs, Anti HCV) and Anti HIV tests are checked. Dialysis is provided on the appropriate machine.

Dressing rooms, patient toilets and sinks with sufficient number of storage cabinets that can be used by patients entering the session, arranged separately for male and female patients.
Disabled toilets and sinks for disabled male and female patients
A separate section and hemodialysis device for hepatitis B positive patients
Responsible physician room
An emergency care and treatment room has been established and services are provided.
