HOME HEALTH SERVICES

 

It is the whole of the service that provides examination, examination, analysis, treatment, oral and dental health, medical care and rehabilitation of elderly or bedridden individuals in need, at home and in the family environment, and provides social and psychological support services as a whole to these people and their family members.

  • It is not a diagnostic unit.
  • It does not provide Emergency Health Service.
  • Service is provided during working hours and by appointment system.

Patient Admission and Follow-up Process

Patients who have applied for Home Health Services are reached within 24 hours through the National Call Center numbered 444 38 33. The Home Health Services team visits the home, evaluates the patient and decides whether the patient will receive Home Health Services. The patient and his/her relatives are informed. If the patient is eligible to receive Home Health Service, the team provides information about the service process. At the first examination, the person to whom Home Health Service will be provided and his/her parent or guardian shall have a consent form approved stating that he/she wishes to benefit from home health services.
